Welcome to the XK8/XKR Enthusiasts Club (XKEC for short). The XKEC brings together worldwide owners and enthusiasts of the Jaguar XK8/XKR (X100 models) produced between 1996 to 2006 and also the XK/XK-R (X150 models) produced from 2006 to the present day. We are proud to acknowledge that our international membership, which is currently represented across twenty countries, is now the largest single model club of its kind that is dedicated solely to these models. XKEC TOUR SOMME BATTLEFIELDS IN FRANCE
Member Phil Erswell kindly took a small party of members to France over the weekend of 27th-29th April to visit the Somme Battlefields. Here are a couple of pictures of those on tour.

NEW EXCLUSIVE "ARTISAN SE" LAUNCHED
Jaguar have launched their latest model to the ever growing XK range with the new "Artisan SE". Available in both coupe and convertible form, this Special Edition model introduces a new interior with two exclusive Artisan interior colours, Navy with Jet headlining and Truffle with Canvas headlining. To complement the Poltrona Frau leather headlinings, two new veneer finishes have been introduced, Shadow Walnut and Dark Figured Aluminium. The model also features a 525W Bowers & Wilkins sound system, 16 by 16 way adjustable heated Performance seats, a heated steering wheel and keyless entry/start.
Convertible hood colours have also been carefully selected and include Black, Blue, Grey and Brown. Available in thee exterior colours including Celestial Black, Polaris White and Rhodium Silver, A new 20-inch "Orona style" alloy wheel design with polished finish completes the exterior changes. NEW XKR-S CONVERTIBLE DEBUTS AT LA AUTO SHOW
Jaguar have realesed a new XKR-S which is now available in convertible form. Exterior changes consist of gloss black paintwork, a dark technical finish to the forged 20" Vulcan alloy wheels and high performance brake callipers finished in either red or gunmetal. The convertible is available in a range of six colours, including Polaris White and British Racing Green. The hood comes in black as standard with a further six optional colours available.
Also exclusive to the XKR-S models are carbon-leather trimmed heated seats which feature integrated head rests, racing harness cut-outs and increased side and squab support to hold driver and passenger securely during high speed cornering.
Interior changes include a multifunction three-spoke leather steering wheel and Jaguar-embossed stainless steel pedals, soft-feel paint for the switches and gloss black centre console. An exclusive dark aluminium finish is available as standard with an optional Piano Black finish. Pricing begins at £103,000.
