Bromley Motor Pageant
This is an annual run car show that we have attended every year since our formation and this year, despite the bad weather and slight drop in attendance numbers, we still managed to bring much attention to our designated 3-car stand, we even recruited a few new members on the day.
 
This year we concentrated on an XK8 design theme. Cars on display were Tony Morley’s original 1997 XK8 coupe, my old 2005 4.2-S XK8 coupe (last of the old shape) and Steve Masons new 2006 shaped XK coupe, thus showing a variation of XK designs across the board.
 
Once again we enjoyed the many festivities going on and no doubt will return in 2008 with an “XKR 10th Anniversary” theme. Special thanks goes to all those who displayed their cars and to those other members who came over to say hello during their own visit to the show.
